A community group is holding a tea party to celebrate transforming a derelict yard into a delightful park.
Better Braybrooke, which became a registered charity in 1998, is staging the event on Monday May 26 between 2pm and 4pm.
There will be tea and cakes, arts and craft stalls, bric a brac, kids activities and a children's art corner.

lso hope it will give residents who live near to the former Smith's Yard site the chance to get to know their neighbours and revel in a spot of old fashioned community spirit.
The reason? To show locals the amount of work which has been done in turning the old spot of land - which had become a popular site for fly-tipping - into a community garden.
Better Braybrooke has worked on the project alongside Hastings Borough Council, British Trust for Conservation Volunteers and local gardens centre and received more than £100,000 in funding and grants.
The garden, which is roughly half the size of a football pitch, is sandwiched in the middle of Hughenden Road, Mount Pleasant Road, Hughenden Place and Elphinstone Road and has been given the new name of the Pocket Park.
It is hoped that once the Pocket Park is established other charities and community groups can use it free of charge for outdoor activities.
All local residents are invited to attend the tea party and nearby businesses are being invited to go along and pitch a stall free of charge.
