The force's successful Operation Crackdown website, previously used solely to report abandoned vehicles, had been extended to cover anti-social driving as well.
Police say the launch of the new service comes at a time when their campaign against uninsured vehicles and unlicensed drivers is taking a big step forward.
Last year 98 people died on the roads of Sussex and 749 were seriously injured. The force is determined to crack down on speeding, drink/drug driving and drivers using mobile phones.
Now law-abiding road-users across Sussex are being urged to report their experiences of anti-social driving by logging onto www.operationcrackdown.org - police say that once enough information has been gathered about the same vehicle warnings or even prosecution could follow.
Assistant Chief Constable Jeremy Paine says: "People all over Sussex have told us that anti-social driving - lack of consideration for other road-users - is a major concern for them, and it is for us too.
"With the launch of this partnership project, they can now tell us about motorists and riders who cause such frustration, anger or worse to law-abiding road-users, secure in the knowledge that we will act on that information.
"Our message is - don't tolerate it, report it."
Reports can cover anything from careless driving, using a hand-held mobile phone while driving, wheel-spinning, tail-gating and unsafe vehicles.
Operation Crackdown is a joint operation with the Sussex Safer Roads Partnership.
