THE CYCLIST who rode his bike onto the live rail at Warrior Square Station has been moved out of intensive care at the Conquest Hospital.

He is now at the Queen Victoria Hospital in East Grinstead which specialises in treating burns injuries.

The 47-year-old St Leonards man cycled down steps at the station last Tuesday morning and then overshot the platform and ended up on the track.

He was resuscitated by paramedics at the scene and his condition at the time was described as critical.
