Bikers congregated in Hastings today in a traditional May Bank holiday rendez-vous.

Now that the Tory?NewLabour Council have decided to make a charge for parking on Sundays and Bak Holidays, I imagine that pleny of funds were raised from these bikers.

Alternatively, the Parking Staff may have been instructed to turn a blind eye today. Remember this when you get a "fine" in the future. Where is Councillor Lock when it cmes to expalaining why he has introduced the extra charges???
