More than £3,000 worth of cannabis was seized in drugs raids on Tuesday.
Police officers searched two addresses, one in Salisbury Road and the other in Trinity Mews, and found more than 600 grammes of the drug.

One resident, who witnessed one of the raids and who wished not to be named, said police were in one flat for at least an hour.

He said hydroponics equipment was seized.

Inspector Martin Mann, of Hastings Police, said: "The total street value of the cannabis was more than £3,000.

"In addition to finding this there was evidence of cultivation.

"Both warrants were executed as a result of intelligence from the community."

Two men and a woman, all in their 20s, were arrested and have been released on police bail pending further investigations.
