We need a saviour for Post Office

Last week I went into Hastings Post Office (now squeezed into a corner of WHSmith) to post a small packet.

There was a queue of 15 people and only one person serving, so progress was extremely slow.

This is an appalling level of service.

The blame for this state of affairs must be placed on the Conservative government which changed the Post Office from a well-respected public service into a commercial business.

Now we need a saviour to return the Post Office and Royal Mail to their rightful owners - the people of Britain.
