I HAVE worked at The Wild Mushroom restaurant for more than 10 years and have never seen anything in the kitchen that would cause any concern to me.
It is always very clean and tidy and I have never had an issue with this, and on occasion our customers come into the kitchen to see the owner as we have many regular customers that come to us.
Hygiene and cleanliness have never ever been an issue.
What your article does not say is that these inspections were done almost a year ago now and any points for improvement that were brought up were rectified immediately and re-inspected a short time after and signed off.
It takes a long time to build up a good reputation as we have done over the years, serving good quality food and service, and is something that I am proud to be a part of.
