Post Office move was ‘done deal’

Have your say

What bright sparks have agreed the amalgamation of two of the worst performing businesses into one building?

We stood in a queue for 20 minutes in the Post Office on Thursday of last week finally walking out because the service was so slow.

We went round to WH Smith later and guess what, with queues winding there way around the various shelves and service so slow, we had to walk away from there and take our business elsewhere.

We also noticed in the Post Office a poster which indicated that the move was by popular agreement after public consultation. This is actually false advertising as the general consensus of what has been seen from the people of Hastings opinions has actually said that they do not want this move.

What the Post Office should have actually said is ‘folks this is a done deal and your opinion does not count’.
