My vote was to support Corbyn

I voted Labour in last week’s local elections to vote for Jeremy Corbyn and show my confidence in him.

I am sure many did the same.

I had to walk past my local Labour candidate, grit my teeth and vote for them in order to show confidence in Corbyn.

That is why the majority supporting local Labour candidates is up across the country.

As it is the same local candidates again it is not their brilliance which shone out.

Labour had best not get cocky or complacent.

We need an ethical party to take the people and party forward. You are on probation.

The SNP have won all over Scotland because they represent and speak for the people and get behind their leader.

I trust and look forward to our local Labour council doing the same.

Let me be clear. It was not a vote for you, it was a vote for Corbyn. Get behind him.

PS Thanks for removing me and purging me from the right to vote in the Labour leadership elections because of a letter I wrote asking the Labour Party to improve itself and become more ethical in order to convince the electorate.

We have a leader who now also asks that. Will you now do that and follow him?
