LETTER: Help find home for photo album

I would appreciate your paper's assistance to find a home for my father, Willian George McDonald's, album of photographs taken of NALGO pantomime productions during the years 1951 to 1958. My father died in 1999. As a consequence of national service, I was not on the scene in Hastings at this time so I did not know the folk involved. In addition to the album with photos of the cast are a few photographs taken for two productions of The Gondoliers and The Yeoman of the Guard.

I believe the experience gained with these productions at this time may have given my father his involvement and interest with Mr Reg Taylor in the stage manager’s role for the NALGO pantomime performances.

I would be happy to pass the album along to a relevant home; otherwise, the material may be appreciated and added to Hastings Borough corporation archive material.
