VOLUNTEERS answered the call to assist the rangers and Friends of Church and Robsack Wood with some maintenance work.
The group cleared the path around the bottom end of the church yard towards the back of the school.
This path is cut back every year.
It helps to dry out the path and make it safer for visitors, along with increasing the amount of light reaching the ground and encouraging biodiversity.
Councillor Trevor Webb, lead member for leisure, said: “It is wonderful to see such community spirit in Hollington.
“I would like to thank the rangers and the friends group as well as the volunteers for their hard work which benefits the whole area.”
