The Ryman Football League Division One South clash was called-off due to fog, albeit only after many spectators were already in the ground at The Pilot Field.

It's the second successive Tuesday that United have had a game postponed and the third time this season they've had a game called-off after they've arrived at the ground. The other two were an FA Cup clash at Margate (waterlogged pitch) and last week's league fixture at Faversham Town (frozen pitch).

After tonight United will have between four and six games in hand on all of the 10 clubs above them in the table. They are six places and 13 points outside the play-off spots.

United, who suffered their first home league defeat of the season against Dorking Wanderers at the weekend, will again be on home soil against fifth-placed Corinthian-Casuals this coming Saturday.
