MODELS strutted their stuff on the catwalk in the name of charity during a fashion show.
The Sara Lee Trust, based within St Michael’s Hospice in Upper Maze Hill, St Leonards, hosted the event last Thursday (September 8) at Azur, Marina Pavilion.
Maria Gonet, fundraising manager for the charity, said: “We would like to thank everyone who came along for their fashion show with Travelling Trends.
“The models, all supporters of the trust, agreed to model the stunning clothes and strut their stuff on the catwalk with guests then having a chance to try on and buy the items at hugely discounted prices.
“We would like to thank all the local companies who supported our raffle, and to Azur for its support. It was a really super evening, which raised £687 for our work providing complementary therapies, creative arts therapies, sanctuary days and counselling to people living with cancer, motor neurone disease or HIV/Aids.”
