Thugs attack man in street

TWO thugs attacked a young man has he walked along a street in the early hours.

The 24-year-old victim was attacked in Bohemia Road, Hastings at 3.45am on Saturday, July 21.

He was walking by Pizza Hut in the direction of Silverhill when he was approached by two men who began talking to him.

One of these men snatched the victim’s mobile phone then hit him in the face.

The victim fell to the floor and was then kicked by the second suspect. The two suspects ran off down Bohemia Road in the direction of the town centre.

He was left with a cut below his nose and a graze to his knee and attended the Conquest Hospital where he received treatment.

The first suspect is described as a white man, aged 20-25, 5’11”, of slim build and with short blond hair. He was wearing a grey woollen cardigan over a white t-shirt.

The second suspect is described as a white man, aged 20-25, of slim build and with dark hair.
