Police are seeking the whereabouts of three men who are believed to be in the Hastings area and are all wanted on recall to prison.

Lloyd Emmanuel Francis, a 24-year-old man from Hastings, is wanted on recall after breaching his licence conditions since he was released from prison on Friday (July 31).

He was originally jailed for five months for committing battery and two counts of assaulting police.

Francis is described as mixed race, 6ft tall, of muscular build, with dark brown afro style hair.

Noah Michael Hayworth-Cooper, aged 20, from St Leonards is wanted on recall after breaching his licence conditions since he was released on May 14.

He was originally sentenced to 18 months for aggravated vehicle taking.

Hayworth-Cooper is described as white, 5ft 10ins, of slim build, with short straight blond hair. He sometimes has a goatee beard.

Damien Richard O’Prey, 24, and from St Leonards, is wanted on recall to prison for breaching his licence conditions since he was released on May 29.

He was originally sentenced to two years and 10 months for GBH.

O’Prey is described as white, 6ft 2ins tall, of muscular build, with brown hair.

Inspector Dan Russell said: “We are appealing to anyone who has information about where these three men are. If you see any of them please contact police straight away on 999 quoting the wanted person’s name.”
