Not just another tribute band - three former members of the Kinks will be taking to the stage at the White Rock Theatre’s Sussex Hall, on Saturday, June 8.

A must for fans of the Kinks’ music, original members Mick Avory, Ian Gibbons and John Dalton, will be joined by Dave Clark on guitar and lead vocal (covering the Davies Brothers’ positions on stage).

Dave has previously worked with The Beach Boys and Noel Redding Band.

So no costumes or wigs will be needed for this night of nostalgia.

It promises to be an intimate gig, with mostly standing room only.

All the Kinks hits will be played including You Really Got Me, Sunny Afternoon, Waterloo Sunset, All Day & All of the Night, Dedicated Follower of Fashion, Lola, Come Dancing, Tired of Waiting, Apeman, Victoria, Days and many more.

There will also be a few recognisable Ray Davies songs successfully covered by other bands.

The Kinks disbanded in 1996 when the Davies brothers went their separate ways,

Tickets are £15.
