The Sheila Kaye-Smith Society

As another full programme for the society’s year draws to a close we are planning ahead for 2015.

Each year begins with members choosing favourite pieces of prose and poetry for discussion. There is the annual lunch in March at The Brickwall, Sedlescombe. Together with talks there are social events and there is a lecture in October given by a guest speaker.

The society now has some of Sheila Kaye-Smith’s books for sale if anyone is interested in adding to their collection of her work.

Further details about the Society may be obtained from the secretary on 01424 422139. New members are very welcome. The society meets at Filsham Hall, Filsham Road.
