STAFF at a building firm in St Leonards dressed up as spooky characters at their fancy dress Halloween party this week for charity.

The premises in Highfield Drive was filled with witches, Draculas, skeletons, ghosts and all manner of things creepy, as workers collected money from colleagues and customers in aid of the annual Children in Need appeal.

There were also cakes and cookies for sale as part of the fundraiser, which was held on Wednesday.

Staff also held a raffle to help boost funds further.

Stamco Building Supplies has branches in St Leonards, Eastbourne, Hove and Shoreham.

It supplies materials needed to build a house, from the foundations to the roof tiles and chimney, including timber, sheet materials, building materials, drainage, garden landscaping products and wood flooring.
