A 40-year-old St Leonards man charged with a robbery at a house in Peasmarsh appeared before Brighton magistrates on Saturday (February 27)

David Pentex, unemployed, of The Mount, is alleged to have stolen aftershave, jewellery and personal effects to an unknown value on Friday, January 29.

Pentex was remanded in custody to appear before Lewes Crown Court on Tuesday, March 29.
