KIND-hearted members of St Leonards Rotary Club handed over new wet weather gear to nursery school children.

Bunny Cruttenden and Ray Howard visited St Nick’s Nursery, based at the Fellowship of St Nicholas in London Road, St Leonards, last Thursday (April 14) to donate 38 new suits.

Some of the children were there to show off their new wet weather clothing.

Mr Howard, spokesman for the club, said: “We are always pleased to help the Fellowship if we can.

“It is a little ironic that since the new clothing has been available there has been no need for it, but I am sure it will be required before too long.”
