A VILLAGE pub, which has been up for sale since the autumn, has seen its price slashed again.
The Old Courthouse, in Main Road, Westfield, had a guide price of £325,000 when it went on the market in September last year.
But the price dropped and the estate agents have announced the guide price had been reduced again, from £299,950 to £289,000.
Set over three storeys, the pub offers a main bar area with a selection of tables and chairs, a traditional open fire and games facilities, along with a separate lounge bar and a fully equipped trade kitchen.
There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom and an open-plan living room on the first floor, with a further double bedroom and storage space on the third floor.
Outside the pub is an enclosed patio with ample seating, a gravel garden with picnic tables and a large car park with space for 24 vehicles.
Nick Earee, of the Fleurets Southern office, said: “This lovely village pub is an excellent example of a traditional real-ale house, which have become extremely popular in recent times.”
