A 14-YEAR-OLD girl has disappeared from her home after being dropped off to catch a bus into town.

Sussex Police have become concerned about the whereabouts of Sonia Dredger who lives in Westfield.

She was last seen by her foster carer at 5.10pm on Wednesday 22 August after being dropped off in Ore to catch the 100 bus into Hastings.

Sonia used to live in the Newham area of East London and speaks with a London accent.

Police have described her as being of mixed race, about 5’ 3” tall, of slim build with shoulder length straight black hair and brown eyes.

She was last seen wearing a royal blue puffer style jacket with no sleeves, a white vest top, grey snake skin design leggings and grey trainers.

PC Deborah Clark of Sussex Police said: “We are concerned for the welfare of Sonia. She has links to the Newham area of East London where she used to live, and Hastings. If anyone has seen her or knows her whereabouts, contact Sussex Police on 101 quoting 1743 of 22/8.”
