Police appeal for witnesses to St Leonards incident

Police were called to the scene in Kings Road, at around 6.45pm after reports of a fight.

A 43-year old local man was found with facial cuts and bruises having been punched and kicked, police said. He was taken to Conquest Hospital for treatment but discharged later the same night.

Police say no weapons were reported to have been involved and no arrests has been made at this time.
