New home for storytellers
A monthly storytelling, spoken word, and music event hosted by storyteller Hilary Watkins and troubadour Ben Fairlight is coming to The Ostrich, Robertsbridge, on February 1.
Held every first Friday of the month, the event is suitable for all ages.

The winter months of December, January and February bring the hazards of icy tracks, paths and steps at Mistletoe Barn, Hurst Green, the usual venue, as well as threatening snow and last minute cancellations.
So during the winter months the meetings have moved to The Ostrich, which is located next to the train station in Robertsbridge, 10 minutes drive, south, from Mistletoe Barn.
Soft drinks will be provided, at a small cost, in the function room, or alternatively drinks are available from the bar.
