THE HASTINGS and St Leonards Royal British Legion held a memorial service for Drummer Lee Rigby, who was killed in a suspected terrorist attack in Woolwich, London.

The service, open to the public, took place at the war memorial in Alexandra Park on Monday (May 27).

Lee Rigby, 25, a soldier in the Royal Fusiliers was killed in the street in broad daylight last week.
