Man with bleeding hand seen punching cars

AN IRATE man was seen punching cars and fences in Kenilworth Road, St Leonards, on Monday (September 2).

He was walking with a woman when he began hitting things with his fist at about 3pm.

His hand was wrapped in tissues and was bleeding heavily.

The woman appeared to be trying to calm him down as they walked.

After they went into Rothsay Road a vehicle’s wing mirror was damaged.

The man is described as white, of medium build and with short black hair and a spotty face. He was wearing a white t-shirt which had blue writing on the front and jeans.

The woman was white and had blonde or light brown hair. She was wearing a white top and blue skinny jeans.

Police officers are keen to speak to anyone who saw the pair walking along Kenilworth Road or Rothsay Road or at any time on their journey.
