Exhibitionists bared all this morning (Friday) as a flashmob descended on The Stade during a bizarre bid to attract a renowned American photographer to Hastings.
More than 20 took part in the stunt on behalf of the Jerwood Gallery.
The gallery has been shortlisted alongside venues in Brighton and Folkestone as finalists in a nationwide competition to host New York-based Spencer Tunick later this year.
Tunick is well-known for his striking images of often hundreds of naked people and the winning gallery will be treated to a similar shoot in the local area.
The competition has been organised by charity Culture 24 and votes are already being cast online at www.culture24.org.uk/places-to-go/museums-at-night/ART461565-Connect10-Vote-Spencer-Tunick.
Voting ends at 5pm on Tuesday, January 28.]
