THE penultimate organ concert in the series under way at All Saints Church will be played by the award-winning Charles Andrews.
It will take place on Monday, August 19, at 7.30pm.
He is associate director of music at All Saints, in Fitzrovia, and studied at the Royal College of Music with David Graham and Sophie-Veronique Cauchefer-Choplin.
Charles was awarded the Harold Darke Memorial Prize for organ, and has previously held the Michael James organ scholarship at Rochester Cathedral. He also works as accompanist with the Hertfordshire Chorus and Eltham Choral Society.
His programme on Monday includes six works by Bach and music by Guy Weitz, Saint-Saens, and Marcel Dupre.
A video screen will give the audience a view of the organist’s hands and feet during the performance.
Tickets are £8 at the door.
