MEMBERS of Trefoil Guild units from Fairlight, Hastings, St Leonards and Bexhill met together for a celebration of memories, prayers and food as part of the annual World Thinking Day celebrations.

The event is observed by Girl Guides from all over the world. It is a day when they think about their ‘sisters’ (and ‘brothers’) in all the countries of the world, the meaning of Guiding, and its global impact.

February 22 was chosen as it was the birthday of Scouting and Guiding founder Robert Baden-Powell and of Olave Baden-Powell, his wife and World Chief Guide.

Trefoil Guild is open to any member of the Movement over the age of 18. For more information phone Janet on 01424 425045.
