Residents had a chance to put their questions to East Sussex County Council (ESCC) about changes to street lighting on Saturday July 12.
Aound 5,500 old orange and yellow street lights in Hastings and St Leonards are being changed to LED lights to help reduce costs and cut carbon emissions. ESCC plans to save £885,000 over the next three years and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by around 2,800 tonnes.
