The Duke of York will be visiting a charity on Wednesday (February 5) which helps to get young people into work
The Duke will be meeting staff and young people at the WorkingRite office in Cambridge Road.
The charity tackles youth unemployment by turning non-academic 16-18-year-olds into confident and employable young adults.
HRH will be taken around the office and will have the opportunity to meet young people and employers who are part of the charity’s unique work-based learning and mentoring programme.
Sandy Campbell founded the charity in Edinburgh in 2003.
He is a regular visitor to the Hastings branch.
He said: “We are looking forward to welcoming the Duke of York and showing him what we do. We have a 67 per cent success rate for our youngsters and this visit will highlight the local need for innovative programmes like ours.”
Details about the exact time of Wednesday’s visit have not yet been released by Buckingham Palace.
