Wildlife courses on offer for adults

SUSSEX Wildlife Trust has launched a new programme of adult learning courses for 2013.

Hastings Country Park is one of the venues aimed at getting people closer to nature in Sussex.

This year, the trust is offering a range of courses to include dawn chorus, spring forage, marine life, bushcraft, creating a garden pond for wildlife, and the opportunity to spend an evening with either barn owls or badgers’.

Mike Russell, of the Sussex Wildlife Trust, urged people to sign up to a course, saying: “You don’t need any prior knowledge, just an interest and desire to learn more.”

To find out more and book log onto www.sussexwildlifetrust.org.uk/courses or phone 01273 497561.

A copy of the new brochure may be requested by phone on 01273 492630.
