Opening of new Call Centre at Coghurst Hall
THE mayor of Hastings was guest of honour at the opening of a new call centre.
Park Holidays UK hopes the venture will help create 30 new jobs at its Coghurst Hall head office in Ivyhouse Lane.
Staff at the call centre will handle bookings for the company's 23 UK holiday parks and was opened during a champagne reception earlier this month.
Park Holidays UK's Commercial Director, Tony Clish, said: "We are really excited about this project. It will provide a central number our customers can call to book their holidays and speak to real people."
The Centre will also provide a customer services operation as well.
Park Holidays UK, formally Cinque Ports Leisure, is the largest park operator on the south coast. The company is currently the subject of an ongoing investment programme in park facilities including a 1million upgrade to existing facilities.
