A case here for not passing new plans

I WOULD like to make a supporting comment to Mr Wise’s letter regarding the over- development of our town.

But he might like to take reference to an ecological report ‘he’ made which supported the development of the site in Oban Road and he felt it would not really affect the wildlife.

This development has completely destroyed the badger and bird-feeding area and removed nesting sites for the birds.

Should the Hastings planning committee stop passing any new developments until all existing derelict sites have been developed and all the many vacant properties have been occupied?
