KIND-hearted students from the Grove school have provided stack-loads of food and other items for hard-up families across town.
The pupils were asked to bring in food and put together a hamper for the elderly, needy families and the homeless on behalf of the charity Surviving Christmas, which distributes the goodies.
Jackie Wallis, the school’s senior student support manager, said: “The students have been fantastic at supporting this fundraising event and we have produced many boxes for the charity.
“The boxes have been beautifully decorated and a lot of time and effort has gone into this event.
“We would like to thank students and parents for giving so generously to this good cause.”
