Three people were rescued by firefighters after getting stuck in a lift in Hastings yesterday (Monday, July 11).

One East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service appliance from Bohemia Road station was sent to an address on Holmsdale Gardens at around 11.45am.

Fire crews released the three people from the lift before leaving.
