A SHOPKEEPER has been missing for 10 days amid growing concerns over his safety.
Steven Ridgley, 46, who owns SJ Cash and Exchange in Castle Street, has not been seen since last Tuesday morning (January 18).
Police are urging him to get in touch, or appealing for anyone who may have seen him to contact officers.
Mr Ridgley, of Knebworth Road, Bexhill, is white, 5ft 11 inches tall with brown receding hair.
He was wearing grey tracksuit bottoms, a black lightweight waterproof jacket and white trainers when he was last seen.
Sergeant Jamie Thwaites of Sussex Police said: “We are appealing for Mr Ridgley to get in contact with Sussex Police, or his family, to let us know that he is safe and well. We would also like to hear from anyone who thinks they may know where he is.
“His family say his disappearance is out of character,” he added.
