AN UNEMPLOYED man banned from town centre stores because of repeated shoplifting, has once again been jailed for the same offence.
Michael Reid, 50, of Devonshire Road, was arrested on Wednesday, September 28, after stealing food and drink worth £37.36 from Marks and Spencer, Priory Meadow.
He had previously been banned from the shop under the Hastings and St Leonards Shopwatch scheme.
