A parking attendant in Hastings town centre was threatened and verbally abused by a member of the public.

The suspect had illegally parked a silver Peugeot in a loading bay outside Peacocks on Queens Road just before 1pm on Wednesday, December 2.

When asked to move by the parking attendant, they became verbally aggressive.

Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to email or call 101, quoting serial 680 of 02/12.
