A CHILD sex offender has been brought back to the UK after failing to keep police informed about where he was.
Kenneth Parker, 56, was arrested in France after the Child Exploitation and Online Protection Centre (CEOP) website published details of him and his twin brother Thomas, who were both wanted by UK police.
He was handed over to Sussex Police officers at Charles de Gaulle airport in Paris last week and appeared at Hastings Magistrates Court on Saturday morning charged with breaching his notification requirements.
He entered no plea and was remanded in custody to appear back at the same court next month.
Parker’s last UK address was in Sussex before he fled to the continent.
