TWO suspected cocaine dealers were arrested after police swooped on a tip-off from eagle-eyed CCTV operators.
In the early hours of Monday morning, April 11, the camera operatives spotted a silver Fiat Punto acting suspiciously and officers pulled the driver over in Brittany Road, St Leonards.
When they searched the car they discovered 75 grammes of cocaine - with a street value of approximately £3,000 - and a set of scales. A man and a woman, both aged 21, were arrested on suspicion of possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply.
They have been bailed while the investigation continues and will return to speak to officers on May 18.
