HUNDREDS of pupils and parents were at William Parker Sports College to celebrate the achievements of its students.
More than 350 people attended the Parkstone Road school bash in the Phoenix Arts Centre at the end of last month - including Observer editor-in-chief Keith Ridley.
Pupils who had completed their pre-16 education were congratulated over their successes and headteacher John Court handed out a host of prizes.
Among those were silver awards given to Serjan Kobazoglu and Tom Veness who received the highest number of GCSE points in the school.
Others were given silverware for excellence in particular subjects.
