Another busy Saturday of football lies in prospect today.

All four of the locality's senior clubs will be in action and there's also a full programme in the Macron East Sussex Football League.

Hastings United will seek to continue their red hot form when they travel to Whyteleafe in Ryman Football League Division One South.

The U's have scored 13 goals in winning their last two matches and although only 13th in the table at present, they boast the best goal difference in the division and have played fewer matches than any other club.

Whyteleafe, who play on an artificial 3G pitch, are one place and one point behind United having played three more games.

Elsewhere, Little Common will seek to extend their unbeaten run to 10 Macron Store Southern Combination Football League Division One matches as they head to Oakwood.

Free-scoring Common are third in the table and were 4-1 winners against bottom half side Oakwood in the reverse fixture seven weeks ago.

Bexhill United will seek a return to form when they host East Preston in the same division.

The Pirates have lost two and drawn one of their last three fixtures in all competitions, and have won just one of their last seven.

Bexhill are seventh in the table, two places and three points behind East Preston having played two more matches.

Westfield will seek to build on last weekend's dramatic late victory over Worthing Town Leisure as they make the long journey to Alfold in Southern Combination League Division Two.

The Westies scored in the 86th and 93rd minutes to turn a 1-0 deficit into a 2-1 win seven days ago, and they lie sixth in the table with 16 points from eight outings. Alfold are five places and seven points below them.

All of these matches will kick-off at 3pm.
