Former pupils of the Hastings Stage Studio School are being invited back to help celebrate its 40th birthday.
A celebration is set to take place at the Phoenix Arts Centre on July 24, 26 and 27 and organisers want to see as many familiar faces as possible in the audience.

The show, the Young Entertainers Spectacular, has taken place place every year since the school was founded in 1968 and scores of talented performers have appeared over the years.

This year's show looks like being just as good and members of the public are urged to snap up a ticket as soon as possible.

Organisers have promised a fast-paced extravaganza featuring exciting production numbers, rich vocal harmonies, all styles of dancing and excerpts from musicals - all presented by an incredibly talented cast.

Tickets are available from the Hastings Information Centre, or on 08701 648 649 or at www.phoenixartscentre.co.uk.

Former pupils of the school should e-mail pohlhammer@compuserve.com for an invitation to the special festivities.

For more information about the Hastings Stage Studio ring Vanessa on 01424 850028.
