Boy hurt in Eastbourne car incident

A 10 year old boy from Bexhill was hit by a car in Terminus Road in Eastbourne.
The accident happened outside the Gildredge Hotel, just after 2.30pm on Saturday November 21 and Sussex Police are appealing for any witnesses.

The boy suffered a broken ankle and was taken to Eastbourne District General Hospital for immediate treatment.The car driver was unhurt.

Anyone who saw the collision is asked to contact Sussex Police on 0845 60 70 999, quoting serial 1036 of 21/11.
