1066 anniversary: Bexhill Children's Fun Day cancelled

A Battle of Hastings Children's Fun Day which was due to take place today (Sunday, October 16) has been cancelled.

The event, which was due start at Egerton Park in Bexhill at noon, has been called off due to this morning’s inclement weather.

Shining Lights, which organised the event, said it the decision was made ‘with great sadness’.

The group’s next event will be a Pyromusical at Galley Hill on November 5.
