Russian visa plans boost football fans
Chelsea fans travelling to Moscow for the Champions League final have been given a boost after Russia's parliament approved a law allowing for visa-free travel to the event.
The Federation Council passed the Bill and sent it to President Dimitry Medvedev to be signed into law.
The law will ease passage into Russia for some 42,000 Blues and Manchester United fans expected to attend the May 21 showdown between England's top two teams.
Federation Council members say the law may also be applied for the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi.
