WE were disappointed in having to cancel our January meeting due to the snow, however, the New Year Tea Party which was scheduled to be held in January will now form part of our February 16 meeting and we look forward to seeing as many of you as possible for tea and cake.

The February 16th meeting is formed of a Stitch and Chat session in the morning between 10am and 1pm and recommences at 1.45pm for the afternoon main meeting.

During the Stitch and Chat session we are delighted to have Marion Cantrell give a short Master Class in Goldwork techniques commencing at 11am. Two further Master Classes in Goldwork techniques led by Marion will follow in April and June this year.

We have a very varied programme this year which includes six speakers, two all day workshops and five Stitch and Chat mornings. Our next all day workshop is arranged for Saturday, March 2 and will be led by Wendy Dolan, a well-known local textile artist.
