We were happy to welcome club member Elaine Page at our last meeting, and the Quiz she arranged had just the type of questions to make even some of our French members think twice!
At our next meeting on Tuesday, February 24, we welcome the return of Robin Gray.
His illustrated talk this time is about William the Conqueror, a subject of unending curiosity which we hope will attract another 'full house'.
There is an important change to the printed programme which members have received.
You may have already noticed that the following meeting is given as March 3, which is only one week after Mr Gray's talk.
Please note therefore that there will be no meeting on March 3. The programme remains as printed from March 17, to the end of the season.
Visitors are always welcome to attend out meetings which start at 2.30 at the Holy Redeemer Church Hall, Upper Church Road, St Leonards. For further information please ring 01424 752417.
